Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to continue serving users in your region. We have decided to shut down JioSaavn and its associated operations in your region on 16th August 2024.
We loved bringing you closer to audio content from all over the world. Thank you for being part of the JioSaavn family.

  1. Why is JioSaavn discontinuing its free service in my country?
    We are focusing our resources on key markets and optimizing our offerings to provide a more enhanced experience for our subscribers. This means discontinuing the free service in certain regions.
  2. When will the free service discontinuation take effect?
    The discontinuation will take effect on 16th August 2024. Post this, the JioSaavn app will not be available on Google Play Store / Apple App Store in certain regions.
  3. Will my JioSaavn Pro subscription be affected?
    The service will be shut down for both subscribers and free users effective on 31st July 2025.
  4. What happens to my account if I am a free user?
    If you are a free user in a region where the service is being discontinued, you will no longer be able to access JioSaavn.
  5. Will my playlists and downloaded music be lost if I am a free user?
    Your playlists and downloaded music will no longer be accessible if you are a free user in a discontinued region.
  6. I am a JioSaavn Pro subscriber. Will there be any changes to my service?
    The subscription will end on 31st July 2025. You can reach out to feedback@jiosaavn.com for refunds on a prorated basis.
  7. Will I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription in a discontinued region?
    Yes, you will be eligible to receive a prorated refund for the remaining period of your subscription. For refund queries, please contact us at feedback@jiosaavn.com
