About

Texans fans watching Sunday Night Football held their breath when running back Joe Mixon left the game in the third quarter of a 19-13 win over the Chicago Bears with an ankle injury. Bears linebacker T.J. Edwards used the now-banned hip-drop tackle to bring down Mixon, who went into the locker room to receive treatment but returned later in the third quarter, only getting seven snaps the rest of the game. KPRC reporter Aaron Wilson joins Next Up to recap the Texans becoming the only 2-0 team atop the AFC South and to preview the Week 3 road matchup against the Minnesota Vikings. Mixon "really is day-to-day," but even if he can't go against the Vikings, "the good news is that you're not losing him for the majority of the season," Wilson said. Wilson also discusses the possible repercussions for Azeez Al-Shaair punching Bears running back Roschon Johnson and Jarrett Patterson filling in for center Juice Scruggs.
