In Acts 4, Peter and John were brought before the religious leaders for preaching and healing in Jesus' name. They boldly proclaimed the gospel, despite facing threats and persecution. The leaders were amazed at their courage and recognized that they had been with Jesus. After being released, Peter and John joined fellow believers to pray for boldness to continue sharing the gospel, and the Holy Spirit fell upon them. The believers continued to testify to the resurrection of Jesus, and many were converted to the faith.
