About
Miss Seminole County Scholarship Program & Foundation is a volunteer organization that recognizes the intellect and power of young women and is an official preliminary to the Miss Florida and the Miss America Competitions. Today we speak with Lindsay Bettis who is the inaugural champion of Miss Seminole County. Lindsay took home the top title and received a $1,000 Advent Health college scholarship. Her social impact initiative “Recover Out Loud: Addiction Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery” was formed from her personal experience with the addiction crisis from growing up around substance abuse. Lindsay is now competing in her final year for the title of Miss Florida on June 25, 2022.
