Dr. Neal Klein is an associate professor of psychology has taught at Lesley University, in Cambridge, MA for the past 45 years, teaching classes in cutting edge psychology, counseling, holistic health and wellness, and cross cultural psychology. He is the author of A New Operating Manual for Being Human. He is also the author of Me, Myself, and Mindfulness: The Arithmetic of Consciousness; which focuses on making basic psychological concepts and skills we teach college age students palatable for younger children and parents; helping both feel more prepared as they grow and navigate this complex world.
