(Jampact) Tassie Scarlett has seen the importance of giving back to the efforts of early education.But a funny thing has happened with the state of the world today. Rather than suffer through the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, Jampact has found that the diaspora, understanding the plight that faces Jamaica’s youth, has been even more generous.Scarlett has seen her organisation improve its capacity to give back; and she wants more.
