There is always an upside” are the inspirational nuggets of wisdom from Governor-General’s Programme of Excellence Awardee Fitzroy ‘Pablo’ Wickham.A former head boy of the York Castle High School in Brown’s Town, St. Ann, Wickham hopes to pursue a career that involves neuroscience, acting and research. He is now a student at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT, USA where he is currently a senior undergraduate double majoring in Neuroscience and Theatre with a minor in Chemistry. He is a research assistant in the Naegele Lab at the Wesleyan University conducting stem cell research to treat temporal lobe epilepsy in mice.
