Nyarkoa Mensah-Jordan MSW is a licensed clinical social worker who came across the Three Principles 28 years ago. She has shared the principles in summer camps, community health and transitional housing organizations, homeless shelters and is currently working with teens in alternative high schools.She deeply loves and respects the human beings she gets to work with and considers it an honor to walk the road with them a while. Nyarkoa is also singer-songwriter and lover of music and movement. She uses music as a way of reaching past the intellect in order to connect with the precious heart of another human being.In this episode Nyarkoa shares with us her journey toward finding herself back and the challenges she encountered physically and mentally and how she'd managed to find her way back home. In her words 'we as human beings all lose our way and get caught up in our thinking’. Nyarkoa has discovered that no matter how many times she has gotten lost in her life, the depth, and peaceful silence THAT IS, is always HERE NOW in the precious present moment tenderly guiding her back home.
