Many times, it rears its head because of childhood trauma and stays with us as we grow into adults.In society, we tend to look at this side of ourselves as the bad, dark side that should be pushed down and never allowed to come forth. Today, I actually want to invite you to take a different approach. One that doesn’t have us abandoning our shadow self but instead bringing it into the realm of light and making peace with it.
