In this episode, Dr. Ronald Knight-Beck talks with Khara Martin the Equity and Inclusion Achievement Coordinator at Kansas City Kansas Public Schools about the Office of Equity and Inclusion and the supports they provide to the students within the district. Additionally, we discussed the Diversity Council that was developed to give representation and support to the employees at KCKPS.
