I’m your host Elton Morgan and today we will be discussing the BTK murder of Shirley Vian Relford who was unlucky enough to have her son spotted by Dennis Rader then followed effectively destroying their lives and making her his 6th victim when his first and second targets, which Rader called Project Green and Project Blackout, weren’t home. Not only did Rader strip and murder this poor woman, but he locked her three children up in the bathroom just feet away forcing them to listen as their mother was brutally strangled. To make matters worse, her 6-year-old son watched the entire ordeal through the bathroom keyhole.
