Many years passed while Rama reigned with Sita by his side, helped by his beloved brothers and able ministers. One day, in the course of their light banter, Rama turned to his friend Bhadra and asked what the people said about him and Sita. This is one of the most heart-breaking episodes of the Ramayana.
