WGN says a Harvey, Illinois food service director has pleaded guilty to stealing $1.5 million worth of chicken wings from the Harvey School District near Chicago. Vera Liddell ordered 11,000 cases of chicken wings from the school district's food provider and then picked them up in a cargo van.
