INTRODUCTION
Harshit Datta (born 15 June 1996), is an Indian Music Producer,Director,Songwriter and Indie pop singer from Jammu,India. Started his music career in 2012 as a recording artist and began uploading his songs on YouTube since then.
Harshit Datta was born on 15 June 1996 to a Brahmin Family of Jammu Province in Jammu Kashmir state of India. Completed his High School education at Dalhousie Public School, Dalhousie (H.P). He is the son of Dr. N.K Datta and Mrs.Sarla Devi. As June 2019, he is 23 years old. Harshit produced over 50 songs till now which are available for streaming on all digital music stores worldwide. He began his interest in music at the age of 17 along with his fellow local artists. Started his music from Rap to Music Production. Harshit also runs his Music studio and company named Divine Recordz which has a good name in Jammu & Kashmir. Harshit is yet pursuing his Medical Degree (B.A.M.S) from Jammu University.
EARLY CAREER
Harshit is a punjabi music artist who came well into the music scene when he released his song “RIDE” on Apr 25, 2017. The song received an outstanding response on social media as well as on youtube, crossing over 100K views. Another song which helped Harshit to come over with fame was “BLUSH” Mar 12, 2017. Harshit Recently released an Album in Jan 2019 called "RAGS TO RICHES” which featured various artists. Harshit is the very first artist from Jammu who collaborated a song on International base with a famous Canadian Rapper ‘Mitchel Bailey’ who is an itunes top chart artist in Canada. They performed a track together called “LET ME IN” which was a hit song in Canada and received over 100K Plays on Spotify and other digital stores.
Harshit has always believed in hardworking and positive thinking. He is presently a verified Spotify,Shazam and JioSaavn artist with Blue badge. He also has a good fan base on social media - Instagram and Facebook. He his a well known personality among Young Artists in Jammu & Kashmir.
